Careers at FNESC
The work that we do is meaningful, as we support advancing quality First Nations education in BC for all First Nations learners.
About FNESC Careers
FNESC offers full-time and part-time career opportunities both in our office and in the field (throughout BC). About 1/3 of our employees work out of our office which is located in West Vancouver on Squamish Nation lands. The other 2/3 of our employees provide service directly to First Nations communities and schools. Those employees travel throughout BC and are based from their homes.
FNESC works to advance quality First Nations education for all First Nations learners from early childhood, to K-12, to post-secondary. We also provide administrative and direct program support to the First Nations Schools Association and the Indigenous Adult and Higher Learning Association. FNESC is an organization where we can truly see the impact of our work.
We offer competitive salaries, professional development opportunities and subsidies, wellness subsidies, and a professional and respectful work environment where health, safety, and respect are priorities. Our full-time employees are offered above average vacation entitlement, benefits, and an employer-matched pension plan. We also enjoy having occasional lunches together as a team. Pizza is one of our favorites.
