Activities funded with these grants can support families whose students attend a First Nation school, public school or independent school. For example, as per the 2025/2026 program guidelines, grants can be used for honoraria for Elders and knowledge keepers, costs of hosting a meeting, materials costs, attendance incentives, food for activity participants, and more.
